This is one of my favorite times of year. Why? No, not because my birthday is fast approaching (although it is); it's because it's sale time! All the stores are trying to get rid of their winter wear and start moving in spring fashions, which means big BIG savings for us! And this year is especially good because the Christmas season was so poor for retailers. So ladies, venture forth into the stores and scoop up those bargains! And FYI: the other major time to buy clothes at a good price is at the end of June. That's the time to buy a swim suit!
